Brightening-Focused Aftercare (Radiance Essential & Premiere Brilliance)
- Daily sunscreen: Use SPF 50 PA+++ on face, neck, and hands. Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors. If you received a complimentary Bloomies UV-Reactive Bracelet , use it as a simple visual reminder to stay mindful of sun exposure and sunscreen reapplication whenever the bracelet changes color in sunlight.
- Timing: Minimize direct sun during peak UV hours (generally 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM in Metro Manila). Seek shade whenever possible and consider hats, umbrellas, or sunglasses when outdoors.
- Bloomies Bracelet : Your complimentary Bloomies Bracelet reacts to UV exposure by changing color in sunlight. While it does not provide UV protection or measure UV levels, it can serve as a helpful reminder to review your sun protection habits, seek shade, and reapply sunscreen as needed.
- Skincare synergy: Gentle brighteners such as Vitamin C or Niacinamide may help support your skin care routine. Introduce products gradually and avoid combining multiple strong active ingredients on the same day if irritation occurs.
- Barrier first: Keep skin hydrated with a fragrance-free moisturizer containing ingredients such as ceramides or hyaluronic acid to support skin comfort and an even-looking complexion.
- Heat management: Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga, and excessive heat exposure for 48 hours, as heat may contribute to skin irritation and pigmentation concerns.
- Oral support: Consider oral Vitamin C if suitable for you. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, or have medical concerns, please consult our doctor first.
- Consistency: Maintaining a healthy glow is a gradual process. Practice daily sun protection, follow your recommended maintenance schedule, and take progress photos periodically if you wish to monitor changes over time.

- Keep the lips hydrated with a gentle, non-irritating lip balm when advised.

- Avoid exfoliating lip products, harsh scrubs, and irritating lip ingredients until the lips have settled.

- Temporary tenderness when speaking, smiling, or moving the lower face may occur and should gradually improve.
Swelling & Healing Expectations
- Temporary swelling, redness, bruising, tenderness, firmness, or small bumps may occur after treatment.
- Swelling can make the treated area appear fuller, uneven, or more projected than the final result during the first few days.
- Lip swelling may be more noticeable and may fluctuate during the early healing period.
- The chin may initially feel firm, tight, or tender while the filler and surrounding tissue settle.
- Minor early unevenness can occur because swelling may not be equal on both sides.
- Do not judge the final result immediately after treatment. The result is better assessed after swelling has subsided and the filler has settled.
- Healing time and visible results vary depending on anatomy, product used, filler amount, treatment area, and individual response.
Results & Follow-up
- Initial enhancement is usually visible immediately, although swelling may temporarily affect the appearance.
- Attend the recommended review appointment so your doctor can assess healing, balance, and whether any additional treatment is appropriate.
- Do not arrange filler correction, additional filler, or filler-dissolving treatment elsewhere while the area is still healing without first consulting your treating doctor.
- Follow all individualized instructions provided by your doctor, as aftercare may vary depending on the product, amount used, and treatment plan.
