Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

At BloomMD Wellness & Beauty, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality, and professionally prepared wellness and aesthetic services. To help maintain treatment quality, patient safety, operational fairness, and efficient scheduling, we kindly ask clients to review the following policy guidelines.

1. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation

Clients are encouraged to notify the clinic as early as possible should they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Rescheduling requests are generally accommodated subject to:

  • Staff availability
  • Treatment preparation status
  • Clinic scheduling capacity
Home Service Appointments

For home service appointments, clients are kindly requested to provide at least 1–2 hours advance notice prior to the scheduled appointment time for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.

2. Prepared IV Drips, Injectable Products & Consumables

Many IV drips, injectable products, medications, and treatment materials are specially prepared fresh for each client and may only remain usable for a limited period due to sterility and quality standards.

Once treatment materials have already been:

  • Prepared
  • Opened
  • Mixed
  • Allocated
  • Chilled
  • Or dispatched

Applicable preparation, consumable, transportation, or coordination charges may still apply even if the appointment is cancelled or postponed, as certain medical and aesthetic products may no longer be safely reusable.

3. Home Service Transportation & Dispatch Fees

For home service bookings, transportation coordination and staff allocation begin before the scheduled appointment.

Where applicable, transportation, dispatch, parking, toll, preparation, and coordination fees may still apply once staff allocation or dispatch has begun.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may only be considered in select situations such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect billing
  • Clinic-side scheduling issues
  • Medically identified contraindications prior to treatment
  • Management-approved exceptional circumstances

Approved requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Completed services
  • Partially consumed treatments
  • Prepared IV drips
  • Opened injectable products
  • Used consumables
  • Redeemed promotional sessions
  • No-shows
  • Late cancellations after treatment preparation

Aesthetic and wellness treatment results may vary between individuals depending on factors such as medical history, metabolism, lifestyle, skin condition, and aftercare compliance.

6. Packages, Promotions & Prepaid Sessions

Promotional packages, discounted services, and prepaid treatment bundles are generally:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-convertible to cash
  • Transferable subject to clinic approval

Unused eligible sessions may be:

  • Transferred to another person
  • Converted to another eligible clinic service
  • Rescheduled within the applicable validity period

All package transfers remain subject to:

  • Medical suitability
  • Scheduling availability
  • Applicable price adjustments
  • Package validity periods

7. Management Discretion

BloomMD Wellness & Beauty reserves the right to assess exceptional situations individually in the interest of fairness, medical safety, operational practicality, and client care.

Final approval of refund, transfer, conversion, or credit requests remains subject to management review.
